We had to get the set ready which included taking down the set from that day and then glueing our wallpaper on the flats. The flats had a large number of staples on them so we weren't able to place the wallpaper on until we pulled all of these out before putting the wallpaper up. Unfortunately we weren't able to complete the set until the next morning which took up some precious time away from what we needed to shoot.
On the morning of the shoot I was anxious to start filming but we had to staple the cloth to the back of the set and rip it up so that it would move about with the fan on and crete a nice effect. Once this was done the only thing left to do was to get the lighting correct which took up quite a long time but was crucial to get correct as it was a major part of our concept. Once this was all done we were ready to start shooting, the studio looked exactly how we wanted it to with dark wallpaper, flowing cloth at the back of the set and the blue and purple lights shining across all the performers faces, as can be seen bellow.
